Rob Arthurs - President at Rob Arthurs International. Rob is an accomplished Senior Executive & Entrepreneur with 36 years of oilfield, success spanning clothing, cleaning, sporting events, food, & labor. Leveraging extensive experience in business leadership for consumer-based companies, His broad areas of expertise include business start-up, HR, project management, market research, sales and marketing, export goods, government relations, international trade/relations, training, & business coaching. Rob has held leadership positions with companies & organizations including the BC gov, Ministry of International Trade, Robert Arthurs International, True North Clothing Co Inc, and Sweeping Beauties, Inc. He was the founder and CEO of 9 successful businesses, including Sweeping Beauties, which specialized in residential & commercial cleaning, & True North Clothing, which became one of the 100 fastest growing companies in Canada and achieved millions in sales in 5 yrs. Today Rob is the owner of 5 growing companies involved in Clothing, Coaching & Consulting and trade, Seafood, Supplements/Vitamins, Digital Marketing.

In his past role as Manager of Procurement & Business Opportunities at the 2010 Winter Olympics Secretariat, Rob bridged the gap between the Vancouver Organizing Committee and the business community in Canada, developing & delivering 253 procurement (RFP) training workshops for Canadian companies in how to engage in the games procurement and helping them achieve over $1 billion in contracts. Promoted after the games to Senior Manager, Export Development Agri-Foods for the BC Ministry of International Trade, Rob matched over 1000+ inbound Agri-food Intl buyers to Canadian companies & leading trade missions with hundreds of Canadian Agri-Food companies around the world.

Leaving this government position in 2016, He restarted is consulting firm Robert Arthurs International and continues that success of matchmaking and missions privately for companies and governments foreign and domestic. Robert Arthurs is one of Canada's Premier Certified Business Coaches, he coached many of Canada’ Top realtors & 400++ business owners, franchises & executives globally. His coaching and consulting focus today is for companies and others that want to expand globally and take advantage of his massive global contacts.

Rob holds diplomas in Small Business Mgmt. and Entrepreneurship from NAIT, Certified Business Coach, Certified Sports Business Mgmt., Key Account Mgmt. & Investment attraction, Digital Marketing, Supplement/Vitamin Advisor, and more. In 2004 he co-authored a book, "Living an Extraordinary Life" (with 10 top coaches from around the world).

Barbara Engelbart McKenzie - Managing Director at DB McKenzie. Barbara is a leader, entrepeneur, and has held numerous executive roles at government, not for profit and for profit organizations. She is also in business with her husband in their venture, DB McKenzie,a visual and spatial data company that utilizes unmanned vehicles to provide data imaging services in remote locations.

Barbara currently is the Director, Strategic and Operational Growth with Innovate Edmonton, leading the charge in showcasing Edmonton as a global innovation capital. Barbara’s experience is a senior leader in a corporate, not for profit and government roles in leadership and organizational transformation, strategy, human resources, finance, marketing, communications, fund development and business development. She has an EMBA from Qunatice School of Business and Technoloyg, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta School of Business, as well as a diploma in marketing from NAIT and several designations in project management, communications, and economic development.

Barbara has won awards for her work in marketing, communications, economic development and project development. She has done numerous speaking engagements. She currently sits on various boards including the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton.

Meher Ayesha - Founder of Meher Ayesha Real Estate. Meher empowers millennial, new Canadian immigrants to live a life they love by strategizing finance (real estate) and overall wellness. Meher has lived an extraordinary international life between the US, India, China and now Canada just in the last few years. She is based in Windsor, Ontario and is a past Executive Director of Global Chamber®.

Moderator: Doug Bruhnke - Founder/CEO of Global Chamber®. Doug is a global entrepreneur dedicated to helping members of Global Chamber® successfully reach new markets across 525 metros - everywhere! He is a two-time ex-pat with Dupont in Tokyo and Singapore with 35 years of global business experience in nearly all countries and segments. Doug is a regional advisor for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition and a member of the Arizona District Export Council. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah and an EMBA from Michigan State University and is co-inventor on 5 patents. Doug was born in Mount Kisco, New York, and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Palo Alto, California. BTW he grew up in upstate New Year and has lived in Detroit, Michigan with many experiences crossing the border into Windsor and surrounding areas for work.
