Transitioning to a New Globalization
Analyzing COVID some observers argue that pandemics could totally destroyglobalization: while others state globalization is central to the healing of economies. How can we inspire a new deal on globalization to overcome the fragility of our economies when globalization halts and isolates them? How can we ensure thenew globalization does not promote exploitation of the vulnerable?
