Julia Baranova - Co-Founder, BeGlobal Consultancy. International Business executive with over 17 years of experience in Foreign Trade in national and multinational companies working in oil & gas, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and food markets. Consultant specialized in business development strategies and tailor-made solutions for the internationalization of technology-based companies & startups. MBA professor in international business.

Maysa Fischer - Founder, Fischer Law Firm. Maysa has worked as an in-house attorney during 23 years for a global leading home appliance & hermetic compressor for refrigeration industry holding the function of Chief Legal Counsel for 7 (seven) years under headquarter accountability encompassing businesses in the US, Europe, Asia, Central & Latin America, being an overseas frequent flyer. She is experienced in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, legal opinions, agreements, by-laws and articles of incorporation, claims, motions, appeals, powers of attorney, and other documents related to preventive attorneyship, as well as, in managing litigation (national and international disputes). Maysa posses knowledge and practice in national and international negotiations, skillful in customized leadership, communication management tools, structuring of legal services, quality programs and team building. She is also active in strategic planning, expansion's projects, joint-ventures, merger & acquisitions, licensing & supply of technology.

Nicolas Jolivet - Managing Director, H.J. Schryver & CO. After graduation, Nicolas worked as Foreign Commerce Chief at Sartorius, joined later DHL Team as Trade Lane Manager for Latin America and Head of Trade Lane Management. After 7 years in Germany in 2013, he moved to Brazil where he acted as Regional Sales Manager and sponsor for Germany accounts. In 2018, Nicolas started at Schryver as Head of Sales and since 2020 back in Germany as Managing Director for Schryver globally. University Degree in Business Administration / MBA European Business School (Germany) / MBA Durham University (England)

Helena Detzel Machado, Founder & CEO, TradeinnBrazil. Pragmatic and passionate about international trade, she believes in global opportunities for free trade, fair and accessible to all companies, of all sizes. With 25 years of experience, MBA in Business Planning and Management, MBA in International Business and Graduation in Business Administration with an emphasis in Foreign Trade; specialist in strategic modeling in international logistics by Antwerp / Port of Flanders Training Center. She worked in industry and foreign trade service providers, as monitor of the export qualification program APEX BRASIL, PEIEX, guiding the internationalization strategy of companies in the various productive sectors in the north of Santa Catarina. Member of the international business group of the Joinville trade association, ACIJ, of the WeConnect Internacional community and member of the advisory board of the Global Chamber of Joinville-SC.

Moderator: Phil Disant - Executive Director at Global Chamber® Joinville. Phil is a French citizen, originally from Paris, France, is Global Chamber Joinville Executive Director based in Joinville, SC (Brazil). He has been working as a Business Developer and Consultant since 2003, in Brazil, USA and Europe, in support of small and medium-sized companies in their export expansion on these same markets. Over the course of his career, apart from his current business, Phil has evolved also as an Account Director for 7 Years at AT&T Solutions based out of Paris area, France and then out of New York Metro Area, USA. He is a Business Developer, a Team Leader and a Project Coordinator, he has a solid background in Outsourcing Services and implementation of integrated Solutions in various business sectors, such as the automotive industry (General Motors, Delphi, Textron Industries, Valéo), aeronautic industry (Cessna Citation, Textron Industries), thermal insulation and waterproofing (Owens Corning, Grace, Envirotrol), finance (Citibank). Phil has successful record in the field of Export Outsourcing, International Business Development a Global Business Advisory. Phil is a graduate of IAC Business School in Management and International Business in Paris, France. He also completed a specialization in General Management at ESCP-EAP Senior in Paris, France. Phil utilizes his international experience in North America, South America and Europe, along with his multilingual skills, to easily adapt to customers and business partners from various cultures and countries, and thus establish genuine business and working relationships.
