Biographies
Robert Sattler - Principal at Cresa New York. Rob focuses on providing strategic real estate advisory services to occupiers on both a local and national basis. Rob’s transaction history is comprised across a broad range of industries which include; technology, media, financial, legal, creative, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, not-for-profit, government and education. In addition to transaction advisory services Rob has assisted clients with lease restructuring, incentive negotiations, site selection, portfolio analysis, and project management. Rob also leads the New York Private Equity Practice Group, advising and consulting to private equity firms on the real estate of their portfolio companies and potential acquisition targets. Prior to joining Cresa, Rob was with Newmark Knight Frank where he focused on advising both tenants and landlords. While at Newmark he handled leasing for a Manhattan Portfolio of 2 million square feet. Rob, his wife and 2 daughters currently reside in Millburn, New Jersey.

Freddie Ashby - Senior Global Business Advisor at Global Upside. Freddie is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience leading sales teams and organizations. He has held multiple leadership roles with companies in their early growth stage, helping them successfully develop and execute effective growth strategies. As a Senior Global Business Advisor at Global Upside, he has worked on multiple M&A transactions and supported key enterprise clients in their efforts to expand and operate internationally. Freddie is passionate about building strong relationships and partnering with clients to help them to manage their global business needs.
