Ms. Ustun has extensive experience in a wide variety in employment-based immigration, focusing on E-1, E-2, L-1A, H-1B, TN visas, as well as permanent residence options for foreign investors/entrepreneurs professionals, academics, international managers and executives, health care providers including international medical graduate physicians, religious workers, and individuals of extraordinary ability.
