He shared a list of considerations for leaders.
- Be comfortable handling open-ended questions.
- Know yourself, very well... have a strong self-concept.
- Don't treat others as problems. Everyone is a gift.
- Have a high reservoir of energy. Know where you get it.
- Set high standards for yourself and others.
- Be easy to receive and accept feedback.
- Have a trusted, go-to network for feedback.
- Have a support team - medical, business/personal, accountability
- Have a plan for the 8 billion people in the world.
- Believe in your own unlimited capacity to improve the future.
