Our speakers shared tips and techniques for Young Global Leaders (YGLs) to navigate cross cultural aspects in global business and how to effectively sell cross borders. We heard from these experts to help YGL's develop the leadership skills to support their business and career paths.

Speakers
Victoria Rennoldson
She specialises in communication coaching & cultural intelligence training. She helps international leaders and teams to reach their performance and career goals by improving their communication confidence and developing their cultural intelligence.
Alma Julius
She was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, she embarked on a journey of professional and educational growth that led her to the United Kingdom in 2021. With a reputation as a creative change agent among her peers, she transitioned into a role as a Risk Advisory Consultant at Deloitte's London office, specializing in Risk Management and Software License Compliance for tech enterprises. Prior to this, she completed a successful one-year placement program at Adobe as a Customer Success intern, receiving the prestigious "Immediate Impact Award" at EMEA All Hands for her contributions. Alongside her career pursuits, she found balance through yoga and indulged her love for travel and exploring ancient architectural wonders. Her educational background includes a BBA from IoBM (Pakistan) and a recent Master's Degree in Global Business Management from the University of Roehampton.

As well as leading the charge with Global Chamber London as our Executive Director, Katie is Head of Partnerships at a prominent financial services firm in London, Currency UK.
