2025 marks a key milestone for EER Middle East—20 years of exceptional service since its founding in 2005. Headquartered in the UAE, with offices in Saudi Arabia and a presence in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar, the firm supports families, leaders, professionals, companies and investors to transition smoothly across borders.

Milestones That Matter
One of the defining moments in EER’s journey was the 2021 management buyout by Marie O’Neill and Aideen Hopkins, who transitioned into their roles as co-owners after years of leadership within the company. Their vision has helped shape EER as a dynamic, female-led organization that is inspiring change, inclusivity, and leadership across industries.
Another major achievement came in 2023 with the successful launch of operations in Saudi Arabia—an ambitious goal that became a reality under the new leadership. EER Middle East now has 20 expert local consultants in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar, delivering tailored relocation and business services in one of the world’s most rapidly transforming markets.
