Trevor C. Jones - CEO of Lynx Global Intelligence. Trevor’s focus is on making ESG measurable and consumable through technology. His passion is understanding how mining and metals can be productive, safe and sustainable by creating empathic space with both communities and shareholders. He holds an MA in International Security from the University of Denver and sits on the Colorado Advisory Committee of the US Global Leadership Coalition and the Board of Directors for the Global Chamber Denver.
Marty Weems - CEO of Western Rare Earths. With projects in Nevada, Wyoming and Arizona, Marty leads development of critical materials for National Security, 5G and Renewable Energy while on-shoring jobs into Opportunity Zones. The goal is bold: water sparing & recycling, mining & processing of Rare Earths & Scandium; an environmentally responsible supply chain for Electric Vehicles, Wind Turbines, 5G infrastructure and Solid Oxide Fuel Cells. He is a global executive with MBA and Master of Science (MSc) degrees from The University of Tennessee. Marty’s leadership has spanned entrepreneurial businesses and large corporations including Verifone (payment technology, IoT, voice enabled commerce, Artificial Intelligence), Turbulence and Seed Spot (Startup Incubators), EXOS (healthcare, technology), and Novartis (Pharmaceuticals, Global Fortune 200). Success resulting in EXOS winning the President’s (POTUS) 2016 “E” Award for Export Excellence plus being recognized as a Fast Company magazine “Most Innovative” company three separate years. His business experience spans more than 20 countries and on 5 continents. Now 14+ years in Arizona, he and Susan, an AZ native and Fightin’ Texas Aggie, are raising 3 young daughters.

In her professional career, Gabriela Castro has extensive experience in business administration, commercial affairs, foreign and international trade, research and analysis, and market development, focused on client service. She specializes in assisting and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enter or expand into international markets. Gabriela has fifteen years of experience developing new business ventures. She also has experience in developing relationship with clients and contacts in the private sector and in the Federal and State governmental levels. During her work at the Embassy of Canada to Mexico, Gabriela has been working in various sectors such as mining, automotive, infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, energy, oil and gas, information and communications technology, and education.
In 2013 she has been nominated for “Employee Excellence” due to her performance. At the Embassy of Canada, she supported Canadian companies to enter the Mexican market, providing services such as market intelligence and profiling, key contacts as well as market potential assessment for Canadian clients interested in developing business in Mexico. She has been organizing trade missions from Canadian companies traveling to Mexico to promote their products specifically in the sectors mentioned above. Ms. Castro has been responsible for the entire program and logistics of more than 35 Canadian companies doing business in Mexico. She has been making appointments for the companies with key contacts to present their products, machinery and services. Because of the importance of the mining sector in Mexico, Gabriela has been supporting Canadian mining suppliers desiring to attend the various mining conventions in Mexico.
She has been working with Canadian mining companies to support them with challenges they experience in the Mexican market. Also, Ms. Castro has been organizing successfully, road trips to visit plants and mines for international companies willing to present their products. The sectors that Gabriela manages in the North American market are mining, advanced manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and clean technologies. The sector in which she has the most expertise and experience is the mining sector as she has more than 10 years working directly with international clients and key contacts. Gabriela holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and Administration from Hautes Études Commerciales/Montréal University in Canada. She has been taking a variety of management, marketing, administration, negotiation, logistics, economics and finance courses, along with a focus on management. Gabriela is the founder and CEO of Trade in Motion LLC, Business Consulting Firm specialized in doing business in North America. She is also the Executive Director of Global Chamber, Chapter Queretaro, Mexico. Gabriela is the Sergeant at Arms from Toastmasters West Valley, Arizona. Ms. Castro speaks fluently Spanish, English and French.
