Event Overview
The two globinars— Global Sales Roundtable: Accelerate Growth with Trusted Referral Partners and Leadership in a Time of EPIC Global Opportunities: Building Resilience and Preventing Burnout—were designed to equip leaders with practical frameworks for sustainable performance. They are both ongoing monthly conversations with leaders.
Event Highlights
1. Accelerate Growth with Trusted Referral Partners
Speaker: Dan Hindman, Sales Xceleration
Dan Hindman led a hands-on workshop focused on how organizations can intentionally build referral ecosystems that drive long-term revenue growth. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience leading sales teams across the U.S., UK, and Europe, he shared how to:
- Build strong, trust-based referral relationships
- Focus on partners who consistently add strategic value
- Create structured, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable growth
Participants explored how to move beyond informal referrals toward a disciplined, system-driven approach using Sales Xceleration’s Sales Operating System. The session reinforced that in global business, trust and clarity are the foundation of scalable growth.

2. Leadership in a Time of EPIC Global Opportunities
Topic: Building Resilience and Preventing Burnout Roundtable Led by Rutherford Pascal, Founder, Glass Walls Leadership Moderator: Doug Bruhnke, Founder & CEO, Global Chamber®
In a candid and high-value roundtable discussion, Rutherford Pascal guided leaders through one of today’s most pressing challenges: preventing burnout while maintaining high performance.
Key questions addressed included:
- How can leaders identify burnout before top performers disengage?
- What distinguishes healthy pressure from toxic overload?
- What systems and structures prevent burnout at scale?
- How should leaders balance accountability with empathy?
- What role does organizational culture play in long-term resilience?
Rutherford is a past leader in big pharma including at Genzyme/Sanofi, and he’s now a certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer. In the globinar he emphasized that resilience must be embedded into an organization’s DNA—not treated as a reactive fix. The discussion highlighted the direct link between burnout prevention, retention, and sustained growth.
Doug Bruhnke reinforced that as global opportunities expand, leadership maturity and organizational strength become competitive advantages.

Summary Themes & Insights
1. Sustainable Growth Requires Structure
Revenue acceleration through referrals is most effective when supported by systems, clarity of expectations, and consistent communication.
2. Culture Drives Performance
Organizations that intentionally design resilience into their culture outperform those that rely solely on short-term pressure to drive results.
3. Global Opportunity Demands Leadership Capacity
As cross-border business expands, leaders must simultaneously strengthen external partnerships and internal teams to remain competitive.
Reflections on the Programs
Together, these globinars demonstrated that global success is built on two pillars: trusted relationships and resilient leadership. Having a process to your work to get optimum results is essential, as well. Dan's presentation in particular had a level of detail on building a network that you may not have seen before - it was really impressive.
By convening experienced sales leaders and leadership experts, Global Chamber® continues to provide practical, real-world guidance that helps executives expand internationally while strengthening their organizations from within.
The interactive global format once again showcased the power of connecting leaders across regions to share knowledge, solve challenges, and accelerate progress—anywhere to anywhere.
