Regional trade agreements like "Mercosur" and the Pacific Alliance are triggering more cross-border trade among these nations. Foreign investors and entrepreneurs are seeing Latin America as a place with business opportunities thanks to a higher skill force and low interest rates. In addition, with a mix of English, Spanish, French and Dutch speakers, stable governments, reliable infrastructure and technology, the Caribbean is the next frontier for business and global investments for diverse products and services..
