Last week, Global Chamber® member Jason Quagliata, CEO and President of Q-Logistics flew from the US to Trinidad and Tobago to be a speaker in an event on “Global Logistics” organized by the Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Service Industries and co-hosted by Global Chamber Trinidad and Tobago.
The event also had the participation of Global Chamber® member Ben Clumeck, Regional Manager of Atradius Trade Credit Insurance in Dallas.
During the event Jason discussed the current situation in global logistics along with the opportunities and challenges in this industry. After the event, he was interviewed by local business channel CNC3 about the recent plunge of ocean freight rates throughout the world, now at historical lows.
But perhaps not for long... Jason had some startling predictions about the future.
