Josh Ault: Josh is an Associate Professor at Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds a Ph.D. in international business from the University of South Carolinas Moore School of Business. Prior to joining the Thunderbird faculty, he taught at the University of Victoria in Canada, where he was the research co-chair for the Centre for Social and Sustainable Innovation. His areas of specialization include international strategy, international entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and emerging and developing countries. His research, teaching, and service have won numerous awards, including the Academy of International Business (Southeast Chapter) Best Non-Thematic Paper Award; the Academy of International Business Best Reviewer Award; the University of Victoria Award for Highest Performing Faculty Members; the University of Victorias Student Choice Award for Best Instructor and more.
Wallat Dateer Dennis: Wallat is a student at Thunderbird School of Global Management and President of Thunderbird African Business Club. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Wallat made a transition from Quality Management at Saipem Contracting Nigeria Limited where during the five-year stint he worked in coating inspection test, Fabrication Design and Non-Destructive Testing leading teams and developing Procedures and Templates for Projects such as the NLNG Train 7 Feed. As a registered Member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), In 2015 Wallat obtained a License in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Over the summer, Wallat worked as a Pathways Operations Management Intern at Amazon, where he worked with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals and reduce operational inefficiencies using Amazon leadership principles.
