LocFromHome as a recurring virtual conference for the Translation and Localization Industry.
The conference is managed by Smartcat, and they've decided to make these a staple event for globally-minded businesses and language professionals all around the world. The mission for LocFromHome is about providing accessibility, knowledge and growth for the global business community.
In the most recent session last week, Global Chamber® founder/CEO Doug Bruhnke contributed to the panel 'What's Globalization'. In particular it was the intent of the moderator and organizer Yuka Nakasone to hear different perspectives. on this essential topic.
LocFromHome intends to focus on attracting the finest speakers to provide insightful ideas and practical guidance for attendees. For the first editions of the conference, the intent has been to bring real-life cases AND encourage speakers to provide actionable tips based on their experiences.
