Gerald Hoe - Head of Global Programs, Global eCommerce at Coupang

Gerald Hoe leads cross-functional teams to build solutions that protect customers and enable sellers in Coupang's nascent and fast growing Global Seller business.

He also supports the Rocket Jikgu team, the brains behind the #1 Jikgu service in Korea, to develop new solutions and refine existing features to take the business on to the next level of growth.

Gerald has worked with some of the brightest and most talented individuals in the payments, mobile technology and banking industries at Coupang and in prior positions.

From helping high-networth clients weather their investment portfolios during the 2008 Financial Crisis to transforming ASEAN Banks and their process, and most recently, launching payment innovation globally on Mobile devices, Wearables, SmartTVs, he has acquired a variety of skills and knowledge across multiple industries.
